高职教师信息化教学设计能力培养模式研究——基于TPACK视角

摘　　要：高职教师信息化教学设计能力的高低严重影响着人才培养质量和教师专业化发展,调查发现,高职教师存在信息教学设计意识淡薄、信息化教学设计能力不足的问题,而现有培养模式又缺乏针对性和实效性。基于TPACK视角,以建构主义理论为指导,通过构建教学设计知识、教学设计技能和情感教育能力的指标体系,形成"学、做、教、研"螺旋上升型培养模式,为高职教师信息化教学设计能力培养及教师专业化发展提供方法和路径。The information-based instruction design ability of vocational college teachers has an great impact on the quality of talent training and the teachers'professionalization development.Research shows that many vocational teachers have weak awareness and poor ability of information-based teaching design, and the current training model lacks pertinence and effectiveness.With the guide of constructivism,based on the TPACK perspective,the spiral rise training model of "study,practice,teaching and research"is formed by constructing three-level index system of teaching design knowledge,teaching design skills and emotional education capacity,which provides an approach for the training of the information-based instructional design ability of vocational college teachers and the teachers'professionalization development.
