摘  要:广义国际法是自成一体的规范体系.有其独特的规范方法与规范实践。由于国际法固有的碎片化、多样化和有序化特征,相较国内法更加需要规范性诉求和体系性关照,而法教义学之于国际法具有不可或缺的范式和方法论价值。国际法教义学致力于维护现有的实在法秩序,并为其提供体系化的解释。‘未来的国际法发展应定位于权利救济导向,这就要求国际法关注以法律适用.为核心的司法实践。国际法教学理念也应维护以“规范获取”为基本逻辑起点的国际法学科自主性理念。推进以法律适用、法律解释为核心内容的国际法教学方法革新,并回归以权利救济和国际法话语表达为导向的国际法实践思维。唯其如此,方能为国际法正本清源,进而建构以权利、义务为核心,以法益保护为出发点和落脚点,以权利救济为导向和路径的国际法教学体系。International law the broad sense is a self-contained normative system with its unique normative methods and practices.Due to its inherent characteristics of fragmentation,diversification and orderliness,international law,compared with domestic law,requires more normative appeals and systemic concerns.Therefore,the teaching of legal dogma has indispensable value.The legal dogmatics of international law contributes to maintain the existing positive law and provide it with a systematic explanation.In the future,the development of international law in the future should be oriented to the direction of rights &relief.This requires international law to focus on judicial practice with the application of law as the core.The idea of international law teaching should uphold the principle of independent legal teaching of international law with "standardized acquisition"as the basic logical starting point,promote the reform of international law teaching methods with legal applications and legal interpretations as the core content, and return to the rights &relief-oriented and international law discourse- oriented practical thinking of international law.Only in this way can we make international law be radically reformed and construct a teaching system for international law,with rights and obligations as the core,legal protection as the starting point and the foothold,and rights relief as the orientation and path.
