摘 要:针对专科护士教学能力评估和学习需求,结合前期课堂教学反馈结果,分别在2012—2015年、2017—2018年(2016年安徽省专科护士未予招生)6届203名安徽省手术室专科护士中开展教学能力提升实践。具体步骤:调查手术室专科护士教学能力和培训需求;提前1周安排整体护理查房、多媒体课件制作、提升教学能力实践教学简介、文献检索等理论授课;选择4组典型的外科手术病例;将学员分成小组,5~7名/组;让学员根据选取的主题,制作课件并进行授课和现场答疑;对学员的表现进行评分,发放问卷调查学员对教学的评价反馈。该培训在6年的教学实践中不断进行完善。学员的考核成绩为(84.39±5.41)分,学员认为提高了课件制作水平(77.78%)、专业能力(70.44%)、表达能力(78.33%)。A program aiming to improve the teaching skills of the specialized nurses was developed according to the learning needs and abilities of the nurses as well as the feedbacks in previous teaehing activities.Two hundred and three specialized nurses of 2012-2015 and 2017-2018 in Anhui Province took part in this program.Contents of the program included:assessment of the teaching abilities and learning needs of those specialized nurses, nursing rounds one week before the program start,PPT preparation,introduction of teaching skills improvement,and literature search.Four typical surgical eases were chosen and the nurses were divided into groups with 5 to 7 participants in each group.The nurses were required to pick up a topic they were interested and give lectures around the topics.Nurses'performance was evaluated through questionnaire survey.The training method was improved along with the time.The mean score of the participants was 84.39±5.41.77.78% participants agreed that the training can improve their PPT skills.70.4% nurses thought it can improve their professional abilities and 77.78% nurses agreed that the training can improve their presentation skills.
