摘  要:教研员作为"教师之师"是我国基础教育教学研究制度的重要组成部分,在贯彻落实国家的教育政策方针、促进中小学一线教师的成长与提升我国基础教育教学质量等方面都发挥着举足轻重的作用。教研员之所以能够胜任这一职能,很大程度上取决于他们的实践性知识。本研究采用质性研究方法,选取北京市六名区县级教研员为个案,研究发现:区县级教研员的实践性知识主要包括关于学科、教学与教师的知识,关于教育教学研究的知识,关于组织管理与人际交往的知识,以及关于人、教育与自我的知识。教研员实践性知识具有中介平衡性、综合前瞻性、实践反思性等特征。The teaching and research staff are important part of teaching and research institution of basic education,playing an vital role in the growth of school teachers and the development of basic education of China.The teaching and research staff can be qualified as "Teacher's teacher"for their practical knowledge.This study used the method of qualitative research,chose six district teaching and research staff as objects and finally found that the composition of the district teaching and research staff's practical knowledge included the knowledge about disciplines,teaching and teachers,the knowledge about education and teaching research,the knowledge about organization and interpersonal communication,and the knowl-edge about human beings,education and self.The practical knowledge of teaching and research staff has the characteristic of mediated balance,prospective complexity and reflective practice.
