摘　　要：通过调研分析发现,贵州省职业教育集团已经初步具有构建绩效评价体系的意识,但在评价方式、评价目的、评价内容、评价主体、指标权重等方面还存在一些问题。为此,依据系统性、目的性、合理性、主体性、利益性、客观性等原则,尝试构建一套适用于贵州省职业教育集团化办学的绩效评价体系,包括集团经费绩效、集团运行绩效、集团产出绩效等3个一级指标和经费投入情况、经费使用效率、行业覆盖情况、产权管理情况等18个二级指标。Through the Investigation and analysis,it is found that Guizhou Vocational Education Group has preliminarily possessed the awareness of constructing performance evaluation system,but there are still some problems in terms of method,purpose,content, subject and index weight of evaluation.To this end,on the basis of systemic,objectivity,rationality,subjectivity,interests,and objectivity principles,this paper tries to build a set of performance evaluation system suitable for Vocational Education Collectivization School-running in Guizhou Province,which includes three first-class indicators of group funds performance,group operation performance,and group output performance and18 second-class indicators of funds investment situation,service efficiency of funds,industry coverage situation and property rights management.
