摘  要:目的探讨运用多媒体教学阐述象思维结合PBL教学法在美容中医技术教学的应用效果。方法选择2016级开设美容中医技术课程的2个班级为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为研究组、对照组。2组均由同一老师教学,对照组学生采用问题学习式(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)教学法,观察组则运用多媒体阐述象思维结合PBL教学法。采用问卷调查与闭卷考核的形式,对2组教学效果进行评估。结果观察组学生学习兴趣、问题分析与解决能力、团队意识、知识的理解与记忆、语言表达能力等维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组闭卷考核及格率95. 00%,高于对照组的75. 00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论运用多媒体教学阐述象思维结合PBL教学法能够激发学生学习兴趣,从团队意识、语言表达能力等多方面提高学生素质,改善教学质量,对于学生临床实习具有积极意义。Objective To explore the application effect of multi-media teaching elaboration of image thinking combined with PBL teaching method in the teaching of cosmetology of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Two classes in the Grade 2016 of aesthetics Chinese medicine in our school were selected as research subjects. The random number table method was used,and they were divided into the study group and the control group. Both groups were taught by the same teacher. The control group students used problembased learning( PBL),and the observation group used multimedia to illustrate elephant thinking combined with PBL. Questionnaire surveys and closed-book assessments were used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness of the two groups. Results The scores of learning interest, problem analysis and solving ability, team awareness, knowledge understanding and memory, and language expression ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant( P <0. 05);The pass rate of the closed examination in observation group was 95. 00 %,which was higher than 75. 00 % of the control group. The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The use of multi-media teaching to elucidate elephant thinking combined with PBL teaching method can stimulate students ’ interest in learning,improve their quality and improve teaching quality from the aspects of team awareness,language expression ability and so on. It has positive significance for students ’ clinical practice.
