基于校企合作背景下的高职学生综合素质考核与方法

摘　　要：在校企合作背景下高职院校如何进行针对本校高职学生综合素质的考核以及集体实施办法,学生综合素质考核和方法一定要严格遵守科学合理的原则,以职业能力、职业素养、就业质量、工作业绩以及创业能力等8个方面角度进行全方位多角度的综合素质考核,通过完善考核过程以及手段,并合理的运用考评结果进行延伸应用,本文对校企合作背景下针对高职学生综合素质考核与方法进行分析研究,仅供参考。Under the background of school-enterprise cooperation,how to carry out the assessment and collective implemen-tation of the comprehensive quality of students in Higher Vocational colleges,the assessment and method of students' compre-hensive quality must strictly abide by the scientific and reasonable principles,and proceed from eight aspects of vocational ability,professional quality,employment quality,work performance and entrepreneurial ability.Through improving the assess-ment process and means,and using the evaluation results reasonably to extend the application,this paper carries out an analysis and research on the comprehensive quality assessment and methods of higher vocational students under the background of school-enterprise cooperation,for reference only.
