摘　　要：现代学徒制作为一种新型人才培养模式,能有效解决畜牧业人才需求现状及其产业转型升级等问题,在开设动物医学类专业的高职院校、畜牧业、学生之间成为一个热点问题。笔者结合工作实际,对高职动物医学类专业实行现代学徒制的现状、必要性及其存在的问题和建议进行阐述,以期高职动物医学类专业通过实行现代学徒制为畜牧业更好地培养所需人才。Modern apprenticeship is a new type of talent training model, which can effectively solve the problem of the demand for animal husbandry talents and its industrial transformation and upgrading. It has become a hot issue among higher vocational colleges, animal husbandry and students who set up animal medicine. Combining with the actual work, the author expounds the status quo, necessity and existing problems and suggestions of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational animal medicine majors, in order to better educate the animal husbandry industry talents through the implementation of modern apprenticeship.
