摘　　要：基于解释结构模型(ISM)法,构建高效青年教师职业生涯规划影响因素体系,探析影响青年教师职业生涯发展的诸多因素,剖析各方面影响因素的作用关系,揭示影响青年教师职业生涯发展的表层原因和深层次原因。Based on the interpretation structure model (ISM)method,the influence factors of young teachers' career planning are constructed,and the factors affecting the career development of young teachers are analyzed,the influence factors of various aspects are analyzed,and the surface reasons and deep reasons that affect the career development of young teachers are revealed.
