摘  要:抗令创新对创新绩效的影响近年来日益受到关注。在分析抗令创新行为影响创新绩效机理的基础上,基于国内45个团队207位知识工作者的调研数据,实证检验了团队成员的抗令创新行为对团队创新绩效的影响,并进一步探讨了团队成员的建言行为和工作自主性的调节作用。结果表明,团队成员的抗令创新行为能够提升团队的创新绩效,而且这一正向关系随着团队建言水平的提高而得到增强。此外,团队的工作自主性能够强化团队建言水平对抗令创新行为与团队创新绩效的促进作用。The impact of creative deviance on innovation performance has attracted more and more attention in recent years. After analyzing the impacting mechanisms of creative deviance on innovation performance, based on the survey data from 207 knowledge workers from 45 teams in China, the impact is empirically tested, and the moderating effects of team members’ voice behavior and work autonomy are further discussed. The empirical results indicate that creative deviance has a significant positive impact on team innovation performance, and this positive impact would be strengthened with the improvement of team members’ voice behavior. Moreover, work autonomy could enhance the promotion effect of voice behavior on the relationship between creative deviance and team innovation performance.
