摘 要:药学本科生的科研能力培养始终是未来药学教育改革的重点之一。本研究结合科研课题对本科生进行药物化学教学,以改进药物化学教学方法,从而提高该课程的教学水平。如何在本科生的教学中实施科研课题和教学实践的结合与创新,是青年教师应该积极探索的教学模式。通过"设计和合成香豆素衍生物抗阿尔茨海默病的研究"项目的实施,激发学生对药物化学这门课的兴趣,提高学生的科研思维能力以及较强的分析问题和解决问题能力,达到较好的教学效果。Cultivating the scientific research ability of pharmaceutical undergraduates will be one of pharmaceutical education key reforming in the future. We combine medicinal chemistry teaching for undergraduate students with the scientific research subject which improve teaching methods of medicinal chemistry so as to improve quality of this course. How to implement the combination and innovation of scientific research subjects and teaching practice for undergraduate students is the educational model that should be deeply explored by young teachers. Through the implementation of the project that is ‘design and synthesis coumarin derivative for Alzheimer’s disease’, we stimulate students’ interest in the course of Medicinal Chemistry, improve their capability of scientific thinking and strong ability to analyze and solve problems, which achieve better teaching effects.
