摘　　要：实习是实现教育目标,增强学生综合能力的基本环节,是教育教学的核心部分。顶岗实习是实习中一种最主要的形式,目前高职院校在组织学生顶岗实习中还存在一定的不足。针对高职院校顶岗实习管理现状的调研情况进行了分析,发现了一些问题,提出了相应的解决策略与建议。Internship is the basic link to realize the educational goal and strengthen the students’ comprehensive ability,and it is the core part of education and teaching. Post internship is the most important form of internship. At present,higher vocational colleges still have some shortcomings in organizing students’ post internship. This paper analyzes the current situation of internship management in higher vocational colleges,finds out some problems,and puts forward some corresponding strategies and suggestions.
