现行盲文拼音汉字标注研究

摘　　要：对现行盲文进行拼音和汉字标注,是盲文研究的基础工程。本研究首先通过自行设计开发的拼音和汉字标注软件进行计算机自动标注,然后通过人工校对平台进行两次校对和一次复核,结果拼音标注正确率超过99. 95%,汉字标注正确率达到99. 9%。现行盲文的拼音和汉字标注信息为国家通用盲文标准修订提供了有力的支撑。建议盲文出版物突出汉语的中心地位,规范标点符号、标志符号的使用;普通出版物有意识地选用非同音词,以利于盲文的信息化和汉语的听觉传播。It is a basic project of Braille research to label current Braille with pinyin and Chinese characters. The labeling was automatically done by the self-devised software on a computer,followed by twotime proofreading and one-time checking through a manual proofreading platform,with the rate of accuracy of pinyin labeling over 99. 95% and that of Chinese character labeling over 99. 9%. Labeling the current Braille with pinyin and Chinese characters provides a powerful support for the revision of China’s General Braille Standards. The authors suggest that Braille publications highlight the central position of Chinese,and standardize the use of punctuations and glyphs,and that other publications consciously choose nonhomonyms to facilitate the translation of Braille and the hearing transmission of Chinese.
