基础教育阶段英语学科素养测评指标体系的构建——基于德尔菲法的研究

摘　　要：采用学科素养框架,充分考虑基础教育阶段英语教学的实践诉求,构建英语学科素养测评指标。为使测评指标具有较高的专家效度,采用德尔菲法对英语学科素养测评指标作进一步修订。经过2轮专家意见咨询和修订,最终确定基础教育阶段英语学科素养测评指标体系包括英语学科知识、英语学科能力、英语学科方法、英语学科思维与英语学科情感5个一级指标。Based on the framework of curriculum competency,the thesis takes the practical demands of English teaching in basic education into account,and initially puts forward the evaluation indexes of English competency.In order to make the evaluation indexes have higher expert validity,Delphi method is adopted for further revision.The expert team consists of high school English teachers,researchers and university English teachers.After two rounds of expert consultation and revision,the final assessment indicators of English competency include 5 level-1 indicators,including English knowledge,English ability,English method,English thinking and English emotion.
