摘  要:阅读能力评价可以了解学生阅读能力的发展状况,并为改进教育政策、提高学生的阅读能力提供事实性依据。科学、有效的阅读能力评价需要以阅读理论为基础建构合理的阅读能力指标,明确测试的能力要素及其内涵,避免评价内容的随意性和模糊性。PISA在建构阅读能力评价指标上进行了积极的探索,可以为我国语文阅读能力评价指标的建构提供参考。Reading ability evaluation can understand the development of students’ reading ability and provide factual basis for improving education policy and students’ reading ability. Scientific and effective evaluation of reading ability needs to construct reasonable evaluation indicators based on reading theory, makes clear capability elements and their connotations of the test, avoids arbitrariness and ambiguity of evaluation content. PISA has actively explored the construction of reading ability evaluation indicators, which can provide references for the construction of Chinese reading ability evaluation indicators.
