摘 要:当前,我国经济发展和职业教育已进入依靠高质量发展和大众化教育的新常态,关键能力的培养关乎学生职业发展的重要能力,在新常态下显得尤为重要。关键能力的内涵应与时俱进,目前,我国关于职教关键能力培养的理论还不成熟。通过对比国内外职业教育关键能力的培养方式,发现加强关键能力培养理论的研究,制定关键能力培养标准,编写配套的教材,有机结合课堂内外培养关键能力,将有效提升我国职教关键能力的培养水平。At present,China’s economic development and vocational education has entered a new normal condition relying on high-quality development and universal education. The cultivation of key abilities is of great importance in the profssional development of students under the new normal. The connotation of key abilities should be kept up with the age. At present,the theory of vocational education in China is still immature. By comparing the cultivation methods of key abilities of education at home and abroad,it was found that strengthening the research of key ability cultivation theory,formulating the standard of key ability cultivation,compiling the corresponding teaching materials,organically combining with the cultivation of key abilities inside and outside the classroom would effectively improve the cultivating level of key abilities of vocational education in China.
