摘  要:木工机械用多输出头高速电主轴上可同时安装1~4把刀具,实现钻、铣等不同加工功能的切换,该种数控加工中心有别于传统的木工数控机床。多输出头高速电主轴需在三维空间内自由旋转、移动,使加工头到达指定加工工位,实现对木质工件的数控加工。为此,多输出头高速电主轴需要安装在特殊的操作臂上,其可重复编程,实现不同的功能。为满足上述要求,开发了多输出头高速电主轴操作臂,并对其运动控制方案进行了研究。Installing 1 to 4 different toos simultant ously on a high speed electric spindle with multiple-head for wood working machinery, the tools can perform many functions of milling and drilling etc, the wood working numerical control(NC) machining center is different from traditional one, it can rotate and move freely in tree-dimensional space, make the machning heads to the specified processing station and produce the workpieces. The high speed electrospindle with multiple-heads must be installed on a special operating arm, so it can be programmed repeatedly and realize different functions. In order to meet the above requirements, an operating arm for high speed electro-spindle with multiple-heads was developed, and the motion control system was studied.
