摘 要:21世纪欧盟面临产业转型升级、师资队伍老龄化以及大量异质群体融入欧洲等挑战。为了应对上述挑战,欧盟不仅坚持职教师资来源多元化,校企深度融合培养,培养阶段有序衔接,完善培训保障体系,并且进行了助推职教师资国际流动,提高职教师资跨文化能力,强化职教师资入职引导,加强教师数字媒体素养的变革。借鉴其经验,我国应拓宽职教师资来源,推动校企深度融合培养职教师资,提升职教师资文化包容度,完善职教师资培训保障体系。In the 21st century, the European Union faces the challenges of industrial transformation and upgrading, the aging of its teaching staff, and a large number of heterogeneous groups integrating into Europe. In order to cope with the above challenges, the EU adheres to the diversified sources of vocational teachers, the in-depth integration of school and enterprise training, the orderly connection of the training stage, and the well-established training guarantee system. In addition, the EU has promoted the international flow of vocational teachers, improved their intercultural ability, strengthened vocational teachers’ induction, and strengthened the reform of teachers’ digital media literacy. With reference to its experience, China should broaden the source of vocational teachers, promote the deep integration of schools and enterprises in the cultivation of vocational teachers, improve the cultural tolerance of vocational teachers, and perfect the guarantee system of vocational teacher training.
