职业教育内涵式发展的现实效度分析——基于两届职业教育国家级教学成果奖的比较

摘　　要：当前,中国职业教育进入内涵提升的关键阶段,需要对职业教育内涵式发展的现实成效进行针对性分析。职业教育国家级教学成果奖的数据信息能够一定程度上反映职业教育内涵式发展的现实效度。对比2014年、2018年开展的两届职业教育国家级教学成果奖数据,发现跨越4年的职业教育内涵式发展呈现三个方面的成效特征:第一,职业院校的内涵建设差距缩小,合作办学活力释放;第二,区域职教内涵发展的差距较大,东部地区优势明显;第三,职教类型的内涵特征逐渐彰显,呈现宏大的面向外部、面向国际、面向未来开放的现代化视角,但仍需面向职业教育内部、聚焦基本要素纵深推进内涵式发展。At present, China’s vocational education is being at the key stage of the connotation development. Thus, it is necessary to specifically analyze the practical validity of the extensive development of vocational education. The data information of the National Teaching Achievement Award for Vocational Education can reflect the practical validity of the connotative development of vocational education to a certain extent. By comparing the datas of the two terms of national vocational education achievement awards respectively carried out in 2014 and 2018, it is found that there are three characteristics in the four-year connotation development of vocational education: Firstly, the gap in the connotation construction of vocational colleges is narrowed, and the vitality of cooperation is released;secondly, the gap in development of regional vocational education is relatively large, and the advantages in the Eastern Region are obvious;thirdly, the connotation characteristics of the types of vocational education are gradually manifesting and present a modern perspective that is open to the outside world, open to the world, and open to the future, but it still needs to deepen our efforts to promote connotation development oriented towards the internal vocational education and focused on the basic elements.
