摘  要:构造了一种避碰组合多项式凸轮型线 ,可适应内燃机高压缩比、小余隙容积和配气凸轮较大时面值的要求。给出了型线的设计方法。在三自由度模型动力分析的基础上 ,建立了以凸轮型线时面值为目标函数、以机构动力性能及强度等为约束条件的动态优化设计模型。数值算例表明 ,该型线在保证机构充气性能和动力性能的同时 ,避碰效果非常明显 ,有利于在结构许可的范围内减小余隙容积 。A combined polynomial cam profile for avoiding collision is constructed,which can meet the needs of diesel engine for the purpose of decreasing the depth of the concave in the top of the piston and increasing the time area of cam.Design method of this cam profile is shown in this paper.Based on a three freedom analysis model,an otpimization design model is established,which takes the time area of cam profile as objective function,subjects to the demands of dynamic characteristics,strength and so forth.Numerical example shows that the effect of avoiding collision of this cam profile is very good and at the same time it makes the valve train has an accepted general properties.Consequently,it is good for diesel engines to increase the performance and to increase time area of cam profile.
