摘 要:用电化学方法在膨胀石墨板上镀覆了10~20μm厚的金属铜或镍层,测试了膨胀石墨板在镀覆金属前后的拉伸强度和动态热失重,并讨论了工艺因素对镀层质量的影响。膨胀石墨板镀Cu或Ni后,其拉伸强度可以从2.5MPa提高到11MPa或20MPa,抗氧化性温度从450℃提高到600℃或700℃。其镀层均匀,连续,与基体结合紧密。10~20μm thick copper and nickel finishings were coated on the sheet of expanded graphite by using electroplating method. Their tensile strength and weight loss on heating in air were measured, and compared with uncoated sheets. The technological factors that affect the coating quality are studied. The tensile strength of the sheet coated Cu and Ni is improved from 2.SMPa to 11MPa and 20MPa, the temperatures of resistance to oxidation are improved to 600℃ and 700℃.The results obtained by SEM show that the coating is uniform and continuous, combining firmly with matrix.
