摘  要:用反相HPLC同时测定红葡萄酒中白藜芦醇及糖苷4种异构体。以 OASISTM固相萃取柱进行前处理,以 Hypersil C18(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱,乙睛-水(含 0.1%三乙胺)梯度洗脱,同时用二极管阵列检测器在288nm和 308nm检测。结果表明:白藜芦醇及其糖苷4种异构体在 20 min内可得到较好的分离,其回收率均在(95.7±1.4)%以上,最小检测限为0.001 mg·L-1。Four geometrical isomers of resveratrol ( 3, 4' , 5-trihydroxystilbene ) and its glucoside from red wines were readily separated and assessed by reversed-phase high perfor mance liquid chromatorgraphy(RP-HPLC)equipped with photodiode array detector (PDA). A Hypersil C18 (4. 6 mm ?250 mm, 5祄) column was employed as stationary phase while mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile, water and TCA. A linear gradient was required to archive the separation. The E- and Z-isomers were monitored at 308 nm and 288 nm, respectively. With OASIS?cartridge, the recoveries of assessed isomers were greater than (95. 7 ?1. 4)% and detection limit reached 0. 001 mg稬-1.
