摘　　要：优化教育与素质教育是相辅相成的,只有把二者紧密地结合在一起,才能形成一种良好的教风、学风,从而达到教育目的。Optimizing education and quality supplement each other. Only by combining the two closely can a excellent teaching and studying ethos come into being, which will help to achieve the objective of education.
