摘  要:目的 分析《急救护理学教学与训练模拟系统》对护理本科生现场救护决策能力的影响、并为《急救护理学》课程寻找一种有效、合理的评估方法。方法 应用《急救护理学教学与训练模拟系统》对46名护理本科生进行分阶段模拟训练。分析各阶段模拟训练成绩,并与《急救护理学》笔试成绩比较。结果 护生第一阶段训练平均成绩和笔试成绩均呈正态分布;护生的第二阶段模拟训练成绩显著高于第一阶段模拟训练成绩(P<0.05);阶段训练平均成绩与《急救护理学》笔试成绩无显著相关(P>0.05)。结论《急救护理学教学与训练模拟系统》有助于培养护生的“急救意识”,提高他们的现场救护决策能力,是《急救护理学》课程考核的一种有益和必要的补充。Objective To investigate and analyse the effect of the Teaching and Training Simulated System of Emergency Nursing Care on nursing undergraduates'ability of decision making in emergency settings, and explore an effective and intelligent method of assessment for emergency care training. Methods 46 nursing undergraduates received simulated training with the Teaching and Training Simulated System of Emergency Nursing Care course in two stages. Their scores of simulated training and written course examination were analysed. Results Both the mean scores of simulated training in each stage and the scores of written course examination were of normal distribution. The scores of simulated training were better in the second stage than in the first stage ( P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant correlation between the marks of simulated training and the marks of the course examination ( P >0. 05). Conclusion The Teaching and Training Simulated System of Emergency Nursing Care is helpful for nursing undergraduates to raise the awareness of emergency and the abilily of decision making in emergency settings.
