摘  要:随着知识更新速度加快 ,继续教育需求日益高涨。如何办好各级各类的继续教育学习班 ,是继续教育管理的重点和难点。我院的做法是 :1加大投入 ,做好各项保障工作 ;2完善机制 ,增强办班的积极性 ;3加强管理 ,规范办班的程序 ;4强化质量 。With the acceleration of the knowledge renewal, continuing educations are becoming increasingly required. It is a focal and difficult point for the administrators to guarantee the quality of continuing medical education classes. In a series of successful classes, following measures have been taken in our hospital: First, leader's recognition and input enlargement to meet the demanding service; Second, active instruction and optimizing mechanism to arouse the enthusiasm; Third, amplified regulations and the efficient management to standardize the procedure;Fourth, fully played advantages and strengthened quality to enhance the teaching effect.
