摘　　要：在西方日渐流行的建构主义理论已悄然走入国门,以建构主义教学思想为基础的多媒体辅助教学实验已在全国的许多学校中展开.本文探讨了建构主义理论的起源、主要思想,阐述了多媒体辅助教学的特点和优势及存在的问题.Constructivism, which is popular in western countries, has influenced the teaching in our country. The experiments of Multimedia Assisted Teaching, based on constructivism, have been done in many colleges of our country. This paper discusses the source and basic views of constructivism and the advantages and problems of multimedia assisted English leaching.
