摘　　要：高职旅游与饭店管理专业人文类课程的教学改革,应以素质教育为指导,通过内外兼修,强化学生的人文素质和职业素质,从而增强本专业学生在未来就业市场上的竞争力。The aim of higher vocational humanities teaching reform in tour and hotel management specialties should be pointed to quality-oriented education. Through training inside and outside, humanities and vocation quality for higher vocational students are strengthened so that their competition on the employment market in the future is improved too.
