摘　　要：介绍了基因修饰食品定义、特点以及可能存在的安全问题 ,概述了基因修饰食品检测的策略和方法的研究发展情况 ,阐述了基因修饰食品的检测方法和技术 ,特别是PCR技术的关键问题 ,介绍了几种具体基因修饰食品的检测技术。The definition, properties and possible safety problems of genetically modified foods(GMF) were introduced.The paper summarised the development of strategies and methods to detect genetically modified foods. It introduced the key problems of detecting methods and technology of GMF, especially the PCR.The challenge of detection of GMF were also discussed.
