摘　　要：在社会主义市场经济条件下，随着高等教育改革的不断深入，高校教育制度由学年制到完全学分制的转变是大势所趋。学分制的实施从根本上改变了原学年制的教学管理格局，使学风建设面临诸多新问题。本文结合学分制的本质特征研究和分析了学风建设的载体、主体、范围等三方面问题，并探讨了学分制下优良学风建设的途径。Under socialist market ec onomy ,with the further deepeness of reform of higher education,the transforma tion that higher education transforms from school year system to complete credi t system is trend of times and will of the people.Carrying out the credit syst em changes the teaching management pattern of school year system and under the situation,the construction of style of study faces many new prob-lems.In this paper,combined with essencial figures of credit system,the carrier,main body and extent of construction of style of study are researched and analyzed,and the ways is also explored.
