摘　　要：蔗糖具有产量大、纯度高、可再生等特点 ,经不同途径深加工使蔗糖改性可以得到各类食品添加剂 ,使蔗糖的附加值升高 ,适用性拓广 ,功能性增强 。Food additives can be made from canesugar which possesses of high yield,high purity and reproducibility.It is paid more attention that the additional value of canesugar can be increased,the application of canesugar can be improved.
