开放教育及其“教”与“学”的理念

摘　　要：开放教育借助现代网络技术、通讯技术、计算机多媒体技术 ,使全社会成员接受终身教育成为可能。开放教育与传统学校封闭式教育完全不同 ,尤其体现在教学过程中“教”与“学”理念的转变上 :“教”将以创新教育为宗旨 ,以学习对象为中心 ;而“学”则强调自主学习 ,通过利用多种信息资源 ,多种学习模式 ,充分发挥自身的潜能 ,使知识不断更新 。With the help of modern technologies in network, communication and multimedia computer, open education makes it possible that every member in our society is being educated during his whole life. Open education is utterly different from closed education in traditional schools, especially with regard to the ideas transform of 'teaching' and 'learning'. Therefore, for the 'teaching', innovating education will be its aim, and the learners its core. For the 'learning', it stresses learning by himself, then requires the learner fully bring out his latent potentialities by making use of various information and study-modes, in order to make his knowledge renewed continually and adapt himself to the development of society.
