现代远程开放教育“人才培养模式”概念探索

摘　　要：中央广播电视大学自从1999年开始进行“人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”以来,遇到的一个难题就是对“人才培养模式”的概念没有界定清楚。本文通过对普通高等教育“人才培养模式”的文献调研,分析研究,理论探索和多次研讨,尝试给现代远程开放教育人才培养模式下了一个定义,阐述了概念的内涵、和外延、提出了现代远程开放教育人才培养模式宏观理论模型,以对电大人才培养模式改革实践有所启示。Since the Central Radio and TV University started the pilot project of'Innovation of Personnel Training Model and Open Education'in1999,one difficult issue faced and unsolved yet is the concept of'personnel training model'without clear definition.Based on a literature survey of'personnel training model'in con-ventional higher education,a series of theoretical analysis and discussion,the paper proposes a definition of the concept of'personnel training model'in modern distance end open education,illustrates its and function.In addition,the paper proposes a macro model of theorizing of'personnel training model'in modern dis-tance end open education,in order to promote some new ideas of innovative practice of'personnel training model'in RTVUs.
