摘　　要：实现兼并、收购后的企业内部还缺乏协调,为更好地发挥企业整体优势,增强企业竞争力,扩张后的融合工作就显得尤为重要.本文介绍了融合工作涉及的几个主要方面,并提出了当前我国国有企业融合应当注意的主要问题是业务融合重主业、管理融合需嫁接、文化融合靠重视等观点.Because of lack harmony within the corporation after achievement of annex and purchase,the amalgamation is especially important to play the whole advantage and buildup the competitive force of corporation. This paper introduces some main aspects of the amalgamation, and points out the countermeasures of amalgamation to our national corporation.
