关于发展西部电大远程教育的几点思考

摘　　要：电大由于采用广播、电视、互联网、VBI等媒体进行教学 ,具有公共产品的特征。以此为依据 ,明确其投资主体、办学方向、模式 ,提高使用率。本文的目的在于用公共产品理论来说明电大如何发挥自身优势 。Since educational programs are carried on by means of broadcasting,television,internet and VBI in TV universities,it presents the features of a national utilization.On the basis of the knowledge,it is essential to be clear about the object of its investment,educational direction and mode,therefore the efficiency of employment can be improved.The purpose of the essay is focused on how to make full use of TVUs advantages to cultivate more applicable talents to serve for the western development.
