摘　　要：本文从史实出发 ,以较为详实的资料记录了刘达同志在中国科技大学的办学实践 。Based on historical facts, this essay describes in some detail Comrade Liu Das practice in managing the University of Science and Technology of China. It also gives an evaluation of Liu Das leadership in relation to the development of USTC.
