摘　　要：我国法学高等教育曾经深受德国的影响。因此 ,考察德国高等学校法学专业在入学制度、seminar制、统一毕业考试制度、导师制、博士毕业评分制等方面长期形成的独特制度以及重视学术研究的传统观念 ,对于改进我国当前的法学教育模式 ,能提供有益的启示。The Chinese law education was deeply influenced by Germany. Therefore, by studying the unique characteristics of German systems, such as entrance system, seminar system, unified examination of graduation, mentor system and grade system of promotion, as well as the traditional conception of academic research we can get some beneficial edifications to reform our present model of law education.
