摘 要:本文以刘重德先生的“信达切”翻译标准、范仲英先生的“感受”标准和意义对等、风格对等的原则 ,结合语篇语言学和语用学的理论 ,对南开大学出版社出版的外贸英语系列教材之一《商务英语汉译教程》中第三章“词的翻译技巧”及第四章“句子的翻译技巧”中的一些例句的译文进行了商榷 ,在指出原译的不足的同时给出参考译文 ,并提供对原文和译文的对比分析思路及其参照。最后 。The paper consults with one textbook of the Business English Series,published by Nankai University Press,on some sample translations of words and phrases in Chapter 3 and those of some sentences in Chapter 4,in line with Liu Zhongde's principle of Faithfulness_Expressiveness_and_Closeness,Mr.Fan Zhongying's Feeling standards and principle of Equivalence in meanings and styles,and with the theories of pragmatics and text linguistics.In addition, the authors render improved translations while pointing out the inappropriateness found in the original ones,and provide a train of thoughts over the comparative analysis and references as to their comprehension of the original and the equivalent translation.And finally a practical suggestion for translation_textbook compiling and for its revision work is also made by the authors.
