高校管理干部的道德规范与道德养成

摘　　要：《公民道德建设实施纲要》的颁布实施,是贯彻落实江泽民同志提出的把依法治国和以德治国结合起来的治国方略的重大举措。高等学校管理干部队伍道德建设的问题具有特别的意义。该文从行政伦理的视野,提出高校管理干部的道德规范及特点,并从道德本质的角度,揭示个体道德品质或潜质对实践行政伦理的意义,提出高校管理干部队伍道德培养的几个层面。The publication and the implementation of the 'Outline of Moral Construction of China's Citizen' is an important step in carrying out the policy of governing our country by law and by moral education. There is a special meaning regarding the administrative officials' moral construction in institutions of higher learning. This paper tries to discuss, from the perspective of ethics of administration, the officials' moral requirements and characteristics, and it also tries to analyze the meaning of the administrative ethics practicing effected by individual's moral character. The paper puts forward some suggestions about the officials' administrative ethics in institutions of higher learning.
