摘 要:由于简单的独立车轮结构不具备复位和导向功能 ,绝大多数独立车轮转向架模型没有投入实际工程使用 ,究其原因是对独立车轮导向机理认识不够 ,缺乏解决复位功能的有效办法。Talgo列车是成功应用独立车轮的唯一范例。本文以Talgo列车为原型 ,进行独立车轮转向架的导向机理研究 ,分析解决独立车轮复位和导向能力的措施 ,为独立车轮转向架的实际设计和应用提供理论基础。首先分析铁道车辆传统刚性连接轮对蛇行运动的产生机理 ,进而研究独立车轮轮对的复位和导向原理。参照Talgo列车的独立轮对导向结构 ,建立了新型独立轮对动车组的多体动力学数值计算模型 ,应用作者研制的车辆多体系统动力学程序 ,进行横向稳定性和稳态曲线通过性能的计算分析。结果表明该模型具有很好的稳定性和曲线通过能力。研究表明 ,为了使独立车轮具有复位和导向能力 ,关键措施有两点 :一是采用合理的导向机构和相关参数以实现独立轮对的导向功能 。Most of trucks with IRWs have not been used in projects because the simple structure of the IRW did not have the restoring and guiding function. The reason is that people failed to understand thoroughly the mechanism of steering and failed to find an effective restoring and guiding method. The Talgo train is the only one that has successfully used IRWs. The paper bases it study on the Talgo train, studies the guiding mechanism of truck with IRWs and analyzes the restoring and guiding method of the IRW, thus providing the theoretical foundation for the actual design and application of the IRWs. It first analyzes the traditional hunting operation generation mechanism of the wheel sets with rigid connection and then studies the principle of restoring and guiding of the ISWs. With reference to the IRW guiding structure of Talgo, the paper establishes the multi body dynamics numerical computation model of a new type multiple unit. With the program of the model, the paper calculates and analyzes the hunting stability and steady curve negotiation behavior. The results show that the model has a good stability and curve negation ability, and proves that there are two measures to acquire the restoring and guiding ability for the IRWs, namely to use rational guiding mechanism and related parameters so as to realize the guiding function of the IRWs and to use great taper tread so as to secure the transverse restoration of the wheelsets.
