摘　　要：高等学校是培养高级人才的地方,承担着培养创新人才的重要使命,是整个社会创新的源头所在。但是,我国高校现有的考试制度却严重制约着创新人才的培养。如何改革传统的考试制度,构建新型的科学的考试制度,成为当前高校教学改革的重要内容之一。The advanced university is the place where the elitists are brought up, it has taken on the important mission of cultivating the innovation elitists, is the source of the whole society innovation. But, the existing examination system of the universities is restricting it seriously. It becomes one of the important contents of the advanced universities how to innovate the system of the tradition and to build the system of the new - style science.
