摘　　要：本文根据一年多的网络教育实践,就网络教育的特点、方法、对象、任务、实现方法以及目前存在的问题等提出了自己的观点。同时结合“中央电大傲姿网上课堂(www.crtvu-oz.edu.cn)”目前的工作实际,从网络教育平台的开发、网络课程的建设、学习方法、学习者的支持服务和考试等方面,介绍了“中央电大傲姿网上课堂”的实际做法,供读者参考。The paper proposes the ideas on characteristics,methods,targets,tasks,practical strategies and existing issues of networked education based on author's experiences in the past year.From the practice of www.crtvu-oz.edu.cn,it is discussed with respects of development of platform for networked education,construction of networked courses,learning strategies,learning services and examinations for learners.
