摘　　要：运用文献资料法、调查法、教育测量与评价等多种方法 ,构建了试卷质量评价的指标体系 ,确定了评定标准与综合评价的方法 ;通过实践应用 ,建立了试题库必需具备的有关参数。Using the documentation and manifold methods of survey,education measurement and evaluation,a index system of evaluation the quality of examination papers was made up,a standard of assessment and a method of comprehensive evaluation was developed.The formation and the quality evaluation of examination papers of the theoretical course of physical education in colleges and universities are provided.
