落葵色素生产工艺及性质的初步研究

摘　　要：研究了落葵色素的生产工艺和性质 ,其最佳工艺条件为 :挤压过滤 ,在 5 0℃以下减压蒸馏浓缩。此条件下 ,色素原汁的产率为 70 1% ,色素原汁浓缩成色素干粉的产率为 3 5 6 %。Production technology and properties of basellaceae pigment were studied The optimal technology was squeeze filtration, decompress distillation and condense below 50 ℃ This condition could guarantee a 70 1% pigment fumet production rate and 3 56% pigment powder production rate
