摘　　要：计划经济条件下形成的高校内部管理体制 ,极不适应当今经济发展和社会进步的需要 ,必须进行改革。本文就高等学校内部管理体制的现状。The Interior administration mechanism formed under the planned economy system does not suit the need of present economic development and social progress, therefore, it must be reformed. This paper explains and analyzes the present situation, the necessity of reform interior administration mechanism in colleges, and the concrete practices on interior administration mechanism in our college.
