摘　　要：在溶剂体系下 ,用活性白土作脱色剂对大豆磷脂脱色进行了初步研究。考察了溶剂比、活性白土用量、脱色温度、脱色时间对脱色效果的影响 ,获得了最佳条件。Soybean lecithin was bleached by bleaching earth in solvent.One factor contrast experiments on different influencing factors,i.e.solvent ratio,quantity of bleaching earth,temperature and time of bleaching,were carried out separately.The optional bleaching conditions of bleaching earth to soybean lecithin were acquired.
