摘　　要：江总书记“三个代表”要求,发展了马克思主义关于人的全面发展的学说。“三个代表”要求是促进人的全面发展的强大动力。按照“三个代表”要求促进人的全面发展,要坚持两个文明一起抓,坚持德智体美全面发展,坚持德治和法治结合,坚持人与自然的协调与和谐。高等院校要按照“三个代表”要求,努力造就新时期全面发展的大学生。The thought of Three Representatives by Jiang Zeming develops the theory of Marxism on a person's all round development. It is a great strength to promote a person's all round development. In order to promote a person's all round development, we should persist the emphasis of two civilizations, and the all round development of moral, intellectual and physical education. At the same time, we should stick to the emphasis of moral control and legal management, trying to keep the balance and harmony between human being and the nature. Colleges should attempt to cultivate all round students in the guidance of Three Representatives in the new era.
