摘 要:目的为提高护理实验课的教学质量。方法随机将护理专业中专班学生 6 4人分为观察组和对照组各 32人。对照组采用常规教学法进行实验课教学 ,观察组采用查房式导入法进行实验课教学。结果观察组操作考核成绩优良率明显高于对照组 ,两组比较 ,P <0 0 5 ,差异有显著性意义。结论查房式导入法可使教学环节生动、引人入胜 ;使学生由被动接受知识型转变为主动参与型 ;有利于培养高素质、全面发展的优秀护理人才。Objective To improve the teaching quality of nursing experimental lesson.Methods Sixty-four students of nursing speciality in a technical secondary school were randomly divided into observation group and control group (n=32 each). The students in the control group were tought by routine teaching methods for the experimental lesson teaching, while those in the observation by Introduced ward-round type teaching method. Results The excellent rate of operating exam grades in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Ward-round type teaching methods can make the teaching process more lively and vivid. The students actively take part in the learning of the experimental lessons but not passively.
