摘 要:食品是人类赖以生存和发展的重要物质基础。但是,近年来我国食品质量安全恶性事件频发,造成了严重的人身伤害和经济损失。以主体责任的视角分析环境、企业、政府及消费者食品质量责任缺失的原因,并用层次分析法分析得出企业社会责任感丧失和政府监管失灵对食品质量影响最大,进而提出强化食品企业质量主体责任意识、重塑政府食品质量监管责任、维护消费者权益等对策建议,对提高我国食品质量具有借鉴意义。Food is an important material basis for the survival and development of human beings. However, vicious incidents about food quality and safety have happened frequently in recent years in China, causing great damage to people's health and the economy. This article will analyze the main reasons for the lack of responsibility for food quality from the perspective of environment, business, governments and consumers. And by using AHP it is known that the loss of social responsibility and failure of government regulatory have the greatest impact on food quality. Therefore, a further proposal can be made that strengthening food quality awareness of food businesses, reinventing government food quality regulatory responsibility, protecting consumer interests and so on can be used for reference to improving the quality of food in China.
