摘　　要：随着移动互联技术的快速发展和教育信息化的推进,利用移动互联网络的泛在学习成为人们学习的一种趋势。适应新技术给人们带来的学习方式的变革,基于泛在学习的需求建设高职专业教学资源库,推进专业教学改革,提高教学质量。With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology and the advance of information technology education, the use of mobile Internet ubiquitous learning become a trend that people learn. Adapt to changes in technology to bring new ways of learning, construction of vocational teaching resource library needsbased Ubiquitous Learning, promote the teaching reform, improve the quality of teaching.
