摘  要:以补肾益寿胶囊药渣、棉籽壳为主要原料栽培杏鲍菇、姬菇,并测定了杏鲍菇、姬菇的主要成分,以期筛选最适栽培配方。结果表明:杏鲍菇最适栽培配方的质量百分数为53%药渣、30%棉籽壳、10%麦麸、3.2%玉米粉、1.8%过磷酸钙、1.5%石膏、0.5%尿素、2%石灰,生物学效率为59.64%,投入产出比为1∶4.0;姬菇最适栽培配方的质量百分数为68%药渣、15%棉籽壳、10%麦麸、3.2%玉米粉、1.8%过磷酸钙、1.5%石膏、0.5%尿素、2%石灰,生物学效率为74.82%,投入产出比为1∶3.7。杏鲍菇的主要成分为粗蛋白17.34%、粗脂肪1.52%、粗纤维8.15%、灰分5.36%;姬菇的主要成分为粗蛋白20.18%、粗脂肪1.05%、粗纤维8.36%、灰分5.23%。Using Bushen Yishou capsule residues and cotton seed hulls as main culture substrate of Pleurotus eryngii and Pleurotus cornucopiae,the optimum cultivation formula was screened and the major constituents were determined.The results showed that the optimum cultivation formula of Pleurotus eryngii consisted of 53% Bushen Yishou capsule residues,30%cotton seed hulls,10% wheat bran,3.2%corn flour,1.8%calcium superphosphate,1.5%gypsum,0.5%urea and 2%lime,while its biological efficiency was 59.64% and its input-output ratio was 1∶4.0.The optimum cultivation formula of Pleurotus cornucopiae consisted of 68% Bushen Yishou capsule residues,15%cotton seed hulls,10% wheat bran,3.2% corn flour,1.8% calcium superphosphate,1.5% gypsum,0.5%urea and 2%lime,while its biological efficiency was 74.82%and its input-output ratio was 1∶3.7.Based on the optimum cultivation formula,crude protein,crude fat,crude fiber and ash content of Pleurotus eryngii were 17.34%,1.52%,8.15%and 5.36%,and those of Pleurotus cornucopiae were 20.18%,1.05%,8.36%and 5.23%,respectively.
